Terms & Conditions — Ultimate Free Tools

Last updated: 2026

By using ultimatefreetools.com (“the site”, “the directory”) you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What the site is

Ultimate Free Tools is a curated directory that catalogues and links to free online tools operated by third parties. We do not own, operate, or host the tools themselves except where explicitly stated on the individual tool page.

2. Use of the site

You may use the site for personal, educational, or professional research. You may not scrape the directory in bulk, republish listings as your own, resell our editorial content, or attempt to disrupt the service. Our public REST API is rate-limited and metered.

3. Accounts (Explorer & Publisher)

Optional free accounts are available in two modes: Explorer (for tool consumers) and Publisher (for tool creators). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Publishers additionally agree to represent tools they submit accurately and to update or remove listings that become inaccurate.

4. Third-party tools

Tools listed on the site are provided by their respective owners. We test each free tool before listing but we cannot guarantee ongoing availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of any third-party tool is at your own risk and subject to that tool’s own terms.

5. Content ownership

Editorial content, curation notes, reviews, ratings aggregates, and site design are © 2026 Ultimate Free Tools. Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Publisher-submitted content remains the publisher’s property; publishers grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it.

6. User submissions & UGC

When you submit a tool, rating, or review, you confirm you have the right to share the information provided and that it is accurate. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission for any reason, including quality-bar violations, spam, or ToS breach.

7. Sponsored placements & affiliate links

Some listings may be labelled “Sponsored” and some outbound links may be affiliate links. Both are clearly disclosed. Sponsorships and affiliate revenue never influence whether a tool passes our free-forever quality bar — only how prominently it appears.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site or of any linked tool.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
